For investors

Investment

The total investment costs of a squash court depend on various factors: usually the investment costs are directly related to the construction costs of the building.

In general, the calculated floor space for a squash court, including the usual infrastructure such as changing rooms, seating area outside the courts and reception, is approximately 120 square meters.

Operating costs

CourtTech squash courts are generally maintenance-free. Of course, the courts require regular cleaning. Only the squash court floors should be sanded every 8-10 years to maintain the rough surface needed for squash.

The most important factors for operating costs are electricity for lighting and, depending on the climatic conditions, the costs for heating or air conditioning and ventilation. Here it is important to take the ongoing operating costs into account. Often, operating costs can be reduced significantly with small additional investment costs.

Personnel costs

In general, personnel costs are the largest cost factor alongside investment costs. It is therefore important to take personnel costs into account in the architectural planning.

It should be noted that during the low-utilization times of the day, the entire system can also be operated with minimal personnel expenditure.

For club owners

The development of a new leisure facility or the redesign of an existing one is linked to the big questions of how it is structured and how it is brought to life. That is why the entire facility needs a holistic concept. Universal sports facilities are standard nowadays. Every sport has its fans. The secret is to create synergy effects and not to build a wall between the different sporting activities.

CourtTech will be happy to advise you on the development of your club concept.
