The 10-year warranty on the walls ensures long-term protection of the investment. The CT Club Court offers complete acoustic sound insulation: CT system walls prevent vibrations from being transmitted to other parts of the building. This is an important aspect for hotels, offices and residential buildings where squash courts can be located. The fully sprung floor provides excellent shock absorption, bounce and ball response. It absorbs the impact energy and thereby protects the health and fitness of your customers by preventing damage to knees, ankles and the lower back.

With just a few simple steps, the movable CT side walls can be moved within a few minutes. This means that any number of courts in a row can be converted into sports halls of different sizes and then used for indoor soccer, basketball, badminton, dance or yoga, for example.

The CT Flexi Court allows you to make optimal use of the available space, which means that the return of investment is higher than with standard squash courts. The CT Flexi Court was specially developed for doubles squash. The WSF Squash Court Specification specifies the size for a doubles squash court as 7.620 mm. For WSF-recognized world and regional events and the Commonwealth Games, the playing field can be widened to 8.240 mm.

With the CT Flexi Court, you can play both types of doubles squash. The distance between the movable CT side wall and the glass back wall is less than 8 mm, in accordance with WSF specifications.

High-quality material, combined with well-thought-out installations and good visibility for spectators, form the basis for professional competitions in an exciting atmosphere.

The LED lighting of the glass competition court can be adapted to any situation; the shadow- and glare-free light guarantees perfect visibility for the players during the game.

The elastic wooden floor offers the players a solid base for an exciting match – it cushions the movements particularly well and thus supports the precision of play. The ceramic coating of the glass allows the players to focus on the game, while the spectators enjoy an unrestricted view of the game. Another advantage of the ceramic coating is the perfect friction of the ball, which keeps the spin perfectly.

It is important to us to guarantee excellent playability on our glass competition court – and at the same time to integrate all of our customers’ requirements.

A unique view on the court, combined with high-quality material, adjustable lighting elements and adaptable construction, makes our CT Glass Competition Court one of our special models.

The most important elements of our squash courts in detail:

CT System and Half System Wall

CourtTech offers two types of squash walls, CT System Walls and CT Half System Walls.

CT System walls are freestanding and independent of the building.

The CT System Wall does not require load-bearing walls. CT System Walls can be placed in the middle of a large hall without any connection to the building. A minimum distance of 25 mm to adjacent building walls is required.

The total wall thickness is 94 mm, consisting of two 21 mm thick RS panels attached to steel profiles. The self-supporting wall elements are attached to the ground with steel columns at two points of contact. The system wall is filled with 2.5 tons of fire-dried sand. The surface is hard, even and free of joints.

CT Half System walls are made from the same materials as the CT System walls. The CT Half System walls are fixed to existing walls or concrete walls using steel rails.

The wall thickness is 40 mm, consisting of a 21 mm thick RS plate and a filling of 1.2 tons of fire-dried sand.

The surface of all walls is triple coated, even and free of joints. The outlines are made of drawn red aluminium profile, colour: RAL 3001

CT movable side wall

With the CT movable wall, a court can be converted into multifunctional halls in no time.

The core of the CourtTech Flexi Court is the CT movable side wall.

Two squash courts with a sliding wall can be converted into a multifunctional sports hall in a very short time. It is also possible to play double squash in different widths. The optimal layout would be the CourtTech Flexi Court, consisting of three squash courts. With three squash courts and two sliding side walls, these can either be converted into a multifunctional sports hall of 10 x 20 m or into two double squash courts.

Glass back walls

CourtTech offers two types of glass back walls. Frame glass back walls where the glass is set in an aluminium frame. Fin glass back walls, the glass back walls are stabilized by glass fins.

Both glass walls are made of toughened single-pane safety glass, 12 mm thick. The glass wall consists of two panels and a glass door with 3 mm wide, white ceramic screen-printed lines, burned into the glass. This increases significantly the visibility of the back wall. The free entrance width is 914 mm (barrier-free access).

CT FIN GLASS BACK PANEL

The CT Fin glass back wall can be considered a “traditional” variant. Compared to the frame glass back wall it requires a slightly larger installation area. The glass panels are supported by 300 mm long glass fins, mounted perpendicular to the back wall. The glass door is mounted on the side with hinges and opens to the inside of the court.

The free entrance width is 914 mm (barrier-free access). The unobstructed view of the court from elevated spectator seats is the main advantage of the Fin glass back wall.

CT FRAME GLASS BACK PANEL

Apart from the smaller installation area, this variant has the advantage that the squash court is designed as a closed unit against the outdoor area. The CT frame glass back wall offers a large field of vision for the spectators, with two panels, without any other intermediate fixings or posts. Due to fewer connectors and components, the glass back wall is maintenance-free.

The glass panels are supported by an aluminium frame. The glass door is mounted on the side with hinges. The door opens to the inside of the court.

CT Pro Squash Floor

The CT Pro Squash Floor was developed by CourtTech in collaboration with Junckers. The floor is exclusively available from CourtTech. It was specifically developed to meet the requirements of squash professionals.

The CT Pro Squash Floor is available in different colours upon request.

The CT Pro Squash Floor, designed by Junckers sports flooring, consists of solid boards with a thickness of 22 mm, which are fixed to a resilient subfloor. This makes the flooring system a resilient sports floor with perfect shock absorption and elasticity, suitable for multi-purpose sports halls as well and especially for squash. The fully suspended floor provides excellent shock absorption, springiness and ball response. It absorbs the impact energy and thereby protects the health and fitness of your customers by preventing damage to knees, ankles and lower back.

The sports floor system is available in different heights and meets all criteria of the EN 14904: A4 standard.

CT Tin

The height-adjustable tin is suitable for all squash disciplines – from recreational players to professional players.

The height-adjustable tin is suitable for all squash disciplines. The standard height is 480 mm. This is the usual height for recreational players up to national player level.

Professionals play on a tin with a height of 430 mm. It is possible to lower the tin even further to meet all the requirements for double squash. The upper profile of the tin is made of aluminium and powder-coated in RAL 3001.
